When i tried this it tastes very salty. If you like anchovies then this is the caviar for you because it tastes almost exactly like anchovies. It does have a little "pop" to it but the eggs are very small, it kinda looks like blackberry jam. ... For the price its a good deal if you like salty briny fish.
