Is it bad to drink tuna water?

Asked: mich.poirier, Last Updated:

It's salted water with a bit of natural tuna “juice”. If you are not on a low salt / reduced sodium diet, it is no more dangerous than the tuna itself. I personally always use it. Either drink it straight if I've been exercising, add it to my ramen, or freezer it for later use.
