Can you use chicken grease to fry fish?

Asked: Brian Dinter, Last Updated:

yes you can…i'd only cook the chicken first and then the fish. The chicken won't flavor the fish but the fish WOULD flavor the chicken. Once an oil has been used to cook fish, it's only good for fish.
